Registration closes September 16, 2023

To accommodate different school's and organizations' payment procedures, conference registration is a two-part process. 
   
(1)   To attend, you will need to first complete the Online Registration Form. See below.
(2)  Remit payment by completing one of the following:
  • ONLINE PAYMENT:
    • (a) Click on the appropriate "Online Payment Purchase" button on the Registration Page or Below.
    • (b) Email KCSS to receive an invoice (with digital payment option).
  • MAIL:
    • (c) Mail your payment along with this payment form and a physical check to the executive director at:​ KCSS, c/o Kay Hedrick, 2055 Eagle Drive, Morehead, KY 40351
  • PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENT:  submit using the payment form.

Includes: vendor space, lunch, one-year membership to KCSS, access to all conference sessions, one quarter-page advertisement in the digital/paper program (due July 23, 2023)
